Before you write.
Account questions with an answer you can act on now, and where to go when there is none.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email. If your account uses an authenticator, saving the new password asks for a code from it.
I lost my authenticator.
Sign in with your password, choose Lost your authenticator? where it asks for the code, then enter one of your recovery codes and set up a new authenticator. If you have no recovery codes left, write to support@secureraven.app to restore access.
I signed in, but my account is not linked to an organization.
Secure Raven is invite-only, and an account joins an organization by invitation. Ask the person who invited you to check the invitation, or write to support@secureraven.app.
How do I get an account?
During early access, accounts are created by invitation, so there is no public sign-up. Request early access
I found a security issue.
Write to security@secureraven.app, not to support. The same contact is published in security.txt, and the disclosure policy is on the Security page.
Where is the API documentation?
The API reference covers customer API v1: Ed25519-signed requests, 60 requests per minute per key.
